would that be possible to publish the following Usetox figure (see appendix) in the other publications? Of course I would refer to the original image.

From the USEtox team side, there is no problem to re-publish any USEtox figures already published in any scientific article. This will, however, have to be checked wit the publisher as the publishers usually have the copright on text and graphics pubilshed in their journals.

To be more specific I meant Figure 4 in this ducument: https://usetox.org/sites/default/files/assets/USEtox_Documentation.pdf. Can I publish that in our national report (not commercial)? Or should I ask this from some journal?

Figure 4 in the USEtox documentation was specifically designed for the officila documentation and hence does not require to ask any publisher. The only requirement is to state the source of this figure as follows:
