Reply to existing post

Quick Reply - this button moves you down to a small text area below the post (without reloading the site), where you can directly type your reply. Press Save when you are done typing your reply.

Reply - This is the standard method in which you reply when you want to reply to an existing post. Press Save when you are done typing your reply.

Create new post

At the top of the topic list in each forum is a button labelled New topic. Click that button to start your own topic. You are directed to a text editor, where you specify subject, forum and topic text body. Simply type your message and press Save when your are done. You are allowed to upload a small file with your post to specifiy/further indicate your issue: please stick to the allowed file formats (.txt .doc .docx .pdf .zip .png .jpg .jpeg) and do not upload files bigger than 200 kB.

Format your post

The text editor that you use for your new posts and for replying to existing posts can be used to'mark up' your text: you usually type the text first, then select part of it and press the appropriate button at the top of the editor. For example, if you want to highlight 'bold text' as bold, you type 'some text', then select 'bold text' with your mouse, and then press the 'B' icon in the toolbar located just above the text body area (where you are composing your message). Alternatively, if you know how to use HTML tags directly, you can type the tags manually right along with the rest of your text or you can use the buttons at the top of the editor to insert the tags the fill in your text. To choose between these two options, you just select the Text format from the list below your message area. For further information please read More information about text formats.
